Yeah I had me a smokey one too. Guess they all know me. Wife got me a Weber rotisserie for the 22.5" kettle and the daughters got me hot sauce and bbq sauce. Doing prime rib on the kettle today.

Giant zit sucker! Or a vacu-seal. You buy zip lock bags with the vacu-seal in the corner, you stick that over it and it sucks all the air out of the bag. Think of it as a poor man's food saver.

I've got one, and it works great! The only drawback is that you are limited on the bag size. Other than that, it's a GREAT value for the $$$.
