I had an indoor grill that was like a crock pot bottom with an electric element insde and a grill on top...used it a few times but it was easier to walk outside and cook.

20 years ago I had a house with a built in grill in the kitchen down vented to the outside of the house. Hated it! never used it, too much clean up , flavor wasn't there.

These George Foreman grills are less expensive than a built-in (for el cheapo Cruzado! Laughing ). We don't have one ourselves to rate for you.

Is this an addition or is it replacing something?

You've probably already checked, but make sure you check to see if you have enough power and enough spaces in your panel box for this unit. You'll need a 20 amp double pole circuit for that particular unit as it's rated at 13 amps and around 3200 watts.
