This stuff is great...if you can handle the...eh....emissions later on.
Large rump or sirloin roast sliced for jerky (wally worlds butchers will do it if you ask)
6-8 oz. sesame oil
1/2 cup granulated white sugar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
3 heaping tblsp dried chives.
1/3 cup soy sauce
lotsa asian chile paste or sriracha sauce (optional)
2tblsp liquid smoke (I can't believe I reccomended this!!)
Marinate the meat for at least 12 hours in the fridge (the longer the better...within reason)
grill the meat, brushing as you turn it to finish (make sure to get some of those chives on the meat.)
Serve with rice or on skewers as an appetizer.
This stuff is excellent and definately addictive. The only downside is the after effects

Are you saying there is a potential for some off-gassing? _________________ Mike

Best to break out the charcoal-lined underwear with these to filter the air out a bit! Sorry, I have a 10 year old at home and boy does he take me back sometimes!!! _________________ --Chris Baker
