I'm down here on the eastern side of Jacksonville, Fl. I started out with a Brinkmann Smoke 'n Grill several years back, but unfortunately, I was unable to use it as much as I wanted, generally do to time constraints, etc. so, it fell apart due to it having to stay out on the back patio, and the weather got to it. I now have a Brinkmann Smoke 'n Pit Deluxe, which I still don't get to use quite as much as I want, but, since I'm in a different house, I at least have a carport to keep it under so the weather won't get to it nearly as much. I also have a Uniflame grill, which, looking at the Uniflame website, seems to be the Pinehurst model. I found this site in the course of researching to find a decent type of wood to use for this year's turkey, since last years turned out black (I don't think my neighbor will ever let me live that down). I've done a bit of reading here on the forums, and found out why (I got the wood last year from a tree trimmer, and it wasn't seasoned). As for my experience, this year makes turkey number 3, some pork chops, and a bit of fish.
