Greetings everyone,

I have been lurking for a while now and figured it was time to log in and be social with the rest of the Smokey ones.

My culinary appreciation stems from the family restaurants we have owned over the years and being raised by an uncle that was one of the Army's most wanted cooks on the grill or the smoker it has been in my blood, or was that smoke?

Hope to revitalize my catering from small socials, around 70 people back to a more public functions and contest.

Glad to be with fellow BBQ aficionados.

Welcome 3lilpigs, enjoy your stay here. I have been to the appalachain side of N. carolina and got some of the best Q ive ever had that wasent my own.
I dont know about N. virginia, but S. virginia also has good Q.
