I have some Blue Hake I want to smoke. Has anybody done this type of fish? I hear it is a mild fisn on the order of Cod. What temp should it be cooked to?

I'm not sure you cook ANY fish to temperature. I always cook until opaque (not clear) and a flaky texture, but others may have different suggestions.

Thanks Jimmie. I have a Country Smoker and have never tried using the smoke setting. I think it should run somewhere around 180-200. Is that temp what I need for fish or should I be more towards 225-235?
