Well, Roxy, finally had a chance to try your sauce with yesterday's pulled pork. The pork was the Reknowned Mr. Brown recipe.

And that sauce is awesome my friend! Normally I can only eat one or two sandwiches - last night I put away three big fat ones.

BRAVO!

And as the others have said - you really should market this stuff before somebody else steals the opportunity.

Dont want all that messy sauce on the slaw.. Thats why I use buttermilk in the recipe. I want the flavours without all that sauce.

If ya aint tried my slaw recipe you should.. Best you will ever have.. The bomb on a pulled pork sammich. Wink

There ya go.

Just a tip.. Dont use miracle whip or that "salad dressing".. Buy real Mayo it makes all the difference.

Roxy, it all looks great!! Your sauce almost looks like a smooth roux. If it tastes as good as it looks..I'm going to try to make some soon, might as well try your slaw recipe as well!! Wink

Kudo's Roxy on the mustard sauce. I mixed/simmered up a batch on Sunday evening to the thickness I liked and cooled it and blended it so it would flow well out of a squeeze bottle and put it in the fridge to chill overnight.
Last night I pulled the butt I did in the new Frontier on Sunday and made up a batch of my slaw and my wife, daughter, and I stacked up some pulled pork bombs for dinner. The sauce was just right and really fit my tastes well..Again, kudo's...This will be a staple on my condiments shelf in the fridge...

Glad you got the Frontier and are putting it to good use.

The good folks at Smokinlicious are very good with the customer service and go out of their way to help in any way they can.
