I've been reading posts about ribs. Most mention the 3-2-1 method, but nobody really says what the "3-2-1" means.
I'm guessing 3 hours in the smoke, 2 hours wrapped, and an hour resting? ...

Nice job!
When I made mine, I put the big bung at the bottom. I leave it open when I'm cooking, to keep the temp up. The intake on the Vogelzang kit is way too small.
