I found the best way IMO for BBs are on my weber rotisserie. I just load both charcoal baskets and letem cook 1-1.5 hours, until golden then sauce.

Ive been using a Pyrex probe and I check it b4 every use and its always within a degree or two. Its lasted me 3 years so far, paid $20 i think.

You could also cut a piece of expanded metal to fit the bottom of the charcoal basket to achive the same results.

Im not sure why but when i post i usually have to log in 2or3 time in a row, its like i dont stay logged in. I am a member of another forum and dont have this problem there.
