Iím a tad late to the party, but I own a Hobart handler 140. Iíve noticed some folks are having issues with the duty cycle. The way around it on this or any machine is to add some cooling. I run a ...

There is only one antidote. Beer. Consume it throughout the entire smoke and you will feel much better. The effect does not last long, so you must keep drinking it to stay safe.

Only when it needs it.

That's about every smoke for the grates and about every 15-20 smokes to clean off the lid. I only clean the lid when it looks like something may start falling off, or clog ...

We happened into the Lexington BBQ when I was back in NC 5- ...

I think that you will find that lump isnt the right fuel for a WSM for longer cooks.

I find just the opposite. When I load my lump, I shake the cylindrical coal holder by spinning it back ...

About the price. . .

Us smokers use more and are probably a lot more on top of the cost than your average joe cooking on a grill, so I suspect they will sell a lot of it. Me, I'll probably stick ...

I use Lazzari charcoal when I am looking for higher temperatures. I find the ash from the Kingsford tends to smother the coals a little, unless it's knocked off regularly. This is especially apparen ...

I couldn't decide which way to go, so I ...
