I made a scalloped disco stand just like that I use as a dutch oven stand. Looks like I will be making a tri-pod stand to put my disco on so I can cook with coal as well.

I would think low pressure. My experience with griddle is limited to the CAMP CHEF and it uses low pressure. I have not needed to turn the knobs past med for cooking and usually stay on low.

Jm2c #1 bevel the plug you are going to weld in.

#2 bevel the disk

#3 weld as hot as you can handle the puddle

#4 grind your tacks to a feather edge.

#5 when you flip the disk to weld ...
