Another update..Sitting at 230 for the last 4 days..Seems I have hit a wall and am waiting for the breakthrough which will eventually happen.
Total loss to date = 24lbs.

The humidifier did not work. Don't think it puts out enough moisture to make enough of a difference. Ended up re-soaking the barrel using the garden hose.

You will probably have to do more than one burnout or take a weed burner to it to get it all out.
Option B is to take a 4" grinder to it or have someone sandblast it.
