20 racks
3 brisket (16 lbs uncooked)
3 pork shoulder (16 lbs uncooked)
5 chickens (18.5 lbs uncooked)

Seem in the ballpark for 80?

Ran everything at 225-250. Took about 4 hours for the chicken. Pulled it at 165 and then foiled. It was in foil for 2-3hours.
