Unless you have a super-premium propane grill with massive burners, the Acorn will give you much better heat, and will be a better tool for searing and grilling.

Had an ET-732.

Did not have luck with it.

I had to buy new probes every few months, and when the sender died after a year or so, I gave up.

I would look for other options.
