Is your smoke white and cloudy or very thin and blueish..

My BBQ does not over whelm with the aroma of smoke.

Maybe, less wood and make sure it's burning clean.

That's how it is supposed to be done according to Aaron Franklin.

Gives you "good smoke", rather than "bad smoke".

The only option that I can think of is writing on the bottles with a sharpie but that will look amatuer.
