Is your smoke white and cloudy or very thin and blueish..

My BBQ does not over whelm with the aroma of smoke.

Maybe, less wood and make sure it's burning clean.

The only option that I can think of is writing on the bottles with a sharpie but that will look amatuer.

Will it look amateur, or will it show that the sauce is home made?
