Just seen the new weber summit charcoal series this weekend. Lid was double layered, was a nice looking setup. And for the price = $1999.00. I still use the kettle that I bought in 94'.

Use 3 beer cans (or v8 cans) and use a 3rd rack. That way you don't have to drill any more holes plus you don't have to go around those extra bolts all the time. JM2C
