I ended up hitting 192f and pulling it, let it rest an hour
Tastes great with a few squirts of bbq sauce, and some cole slaw to top it off
I can't wait to get a smoker, and ramp my knowledge up ... |

I've read about them stalling, but was usually mentioned being around 160-165
I'm glad I signed up here, been doing a lot of reading. I had a forum for everything except bbq haha, now I'm 'whole' ... |
