Cooked on the Weber with the Smokenator. 225 -250.
Raised lid 2 times to put water in and wrap.

Overdone for sure. Apple juice in foil.
Pulled them at 160 degrees. Cooked at 225 - 250.
Will be more dedicated this weekend for sure and have several racks to choose from.
I know i need a sweeter ...

Nice looking UDS. Tel Tru are one of the best.
I use one 1 in under the cooking grate and nothing more.

I have better luck low n slow.
I can control the temps. on my UDS between 225 and 250 better than 275 and 325.
I'll stick with what works best for me.
