Not too far off of I65 is Decatur, AL, home of Big Bob Gibson's. If memory serves, the restaurant is about 20 or 30 minutes from the interstate.

I'm currently using a bag. I haven't used it enough for a true comparison, but it seems they are more prone to crumble. I'll probably stick with Kingsford.
