I'm guessing you mean wet. Dry cobs burn very hot and very fast. Never tried them wet for smoke.

I caught a piece of Good eats last night and Alton says you can use corn cobs in the place of wood chips to smoke. He really didnt elaborate on it much though. anyone ever heard of this or tried it? |
