Thanks for the response. I used a pan like you suggested (with apple juice) but had it on the far end away from the fire box under the meat. I will get some pic out there of my cooker. ... |

Not sure about the model, look'n on line, it looks like the 'Black Diamond. Has an offset fire box and prob a 3'x2' cooking area.
