Hey Samson. Tri tip cut like country style? humm...well you'll just watch them as they will cook that much faster. I did this to my tri-tip and it turned out not to bad.

looks like a light mold from a wet spell or just a lack of sunlight on one side of the tree during growth? Looks good to burn but the light green stuff makes me uneasy IMHO.

I would say mine was guinea pig when I was in Peru. The even make Jerky out of the little guys. Shocked Seems to be a delicacy there. Strange in taste but it could have been in my head too.
