3 Parts Favorite hotsauce (I only buy Franks or Louisiana)
1 Part Butter (Don't use margarine or any kinda odd chemical spread)
Then Salt, Pepper, and Honey to taste

I did along time ago and they tasted pretty darn good. I haven't tried the hybrid method but I think the smoke adds a nice touch the meat of the chicken that usually just gets overpowered by sauce.
