Well I'll be darned! Never thought of that. Bet they taste great. Always have a drip pan there anyways....might as well fill it with beans. How long do they usually take? Hour or so?

This might be off-topic, but I hope it's OK here. I needed to replace the burner on my turkey fryer. Went to the local Academy and they had a burner like this one listed as "low pressure".
