Just finished cooking and eating this chicken, MMmmm Came out great! I put it in an old skillet and cooked the whole thing on my Treager. Thanks again for this recipe!

I started with a Luhr Jenson smoker. Light weight and easily portable. Might just be a Pacific NW thing, but the wood chips are easy to find and the local Fred Meyer store sporting good section.

Yeah thats the best way in my opinion. Should be about $700-$750 for the BBQ100 @ Boschlers, if I recall and Sams was close.
