I think you got the letters mixed up It should be UDS hahaha JM2CW. Bulild an Ugly Drum Smoker. I have about $150 total in mine. Use the other $50 and buy some butts and brisket....

They were pretty good. I actually sauced lightly them before I put them on the smoker. One night I smoked 100 wings for me a a couple buddies. we ran out half way thru the night.
