You're so right that the hinged grates are so much better than the other ones. I don't think that I could every BBQ again without them.

It honestly takes some time to learn to smoke or BBQ. I wouldn't just set out to sell the food immediately. Instead take some time to practice making food for you and your family. Good luck!

Nobody pushes meat through a horn with their fingers to make sausage any more. Maybe this is how they did it in the old days but now there are such good stuffers out there that you really should inve ...

I suggest that you go to a butcher instead of the grocery store. Then you'll be able to see exactly what you're getting. When you get some meat either use it that same day or the next. You'll want ...

I have done this before and it has turned out wonderfully. I used olive oil because that's what I had on hand. I don't see how that'd be much different than vegetable oil though.

I wouldn't use boneless/skinless breasts and I also wouldn't pre-cook them. You shouldn't have a problem doing chicken BBQ as it is fast and easy regardless of how many people you're feeding.

I don't use foil but some of my friends do. They say that they do this because they don't want their butts to get dry. I think that this is the reason that most people do this.

I have tried both and see no difference in cooking time. While I've never purchased meat at Sam's I must say that I do prefer butts. For some reason they just taste a whole lot better to me.
