Thanks, Harry. The door gaskets are nice and pliable with no tears, I need to check the other things you mentioned though as well as replace the o-ring on the drain cap.

I bought a Winston CVAP HA4522 from an auction site and put it in my garage. Scored it for $425. My question is at 165 +5 (or so), how long should I expect the water to last before I need to refill?

Sorry, I assumed North 'Burbs GA could be Marietta, Alpharetta (or the likes) or even Cummings. The first two would be 1127ft above and Cummings is 1200 above sea level.

Provided your gauge is spot on you are at 1000ft above sea level=210f boiling point.

I would do fat down in the pan, all that good rub is getting washed off from the pretty side of the meat. It's the steam/braising that your after when in the pan anyway.

Martinellis is the only Apple Juice I use. Recommended by Johnny Trigg. I do not use the sparkling AJ however.
