KCBS allows trimming.

We love anything disposable! Cutting boards, aluminum pans (for everything!), we line a lot of surfaces with tin foil, etc. Also, cleaning while you go is huge in my opinion. ...

He is good at making do with anything.

So it's back to basics. Once I get rid of all this meat in my freezer I'm going to do one the way I've always done them, re-group and start parcticing for next season.

The more time the better!!
Butts will hold there temp for over 3 hrs. I like to be ready way before, than not ready in time.
Also 25+ cold butts going in to a smoker can drop the temp quick!

I spray, not mop, chicken.
