Agree, wholeheartedly! I prefer the natural flavor of turkey, so for my personal bird, I just dry it and fry it.

My cookers aren't mounted, so they live in the garage. I use a coupler lock and the frame of the utility trailer is chained to a tree. Small town, so no extraordinary measures. Cool
