My next pit will be a rectangular design. Similar to this one that my buddy built earlier this year. There is just so much more usable space on a square/rectangular pit.

That looks great! We are big time salmon lovers here... I've sort of gravitated towards the Car Dogs Salmon recipe for most of my cooks. It's a family favorite.
