I have a big RF smoker and have done a 100# pig at 250 deg. in about 9 hours, and an estimated 170# one in about 15 hours. Hope this helps ya, good luck with your cook.

Never thought of that way H.B.Smoker, in all reality sounds like it would work. I have never seen or heard of that done before, but I guess anything is possible.
