We do just a simple bushes original baked beans...sautee some onions and green peppers. Sprinkle in some Magic
Dust to taste then throw in smoker for no less than couple hours.

I also use pellets in the electric..seem to produce better amount of smoke and very little ash..I wont ever go back to wood chips again. 2/3 up of pellets ususally gets me 2-2 1/2 hrs of smoke.

Just scored 400 lbs myself and think I will go hit up another 400 tommorow. To good of a deal to pass up. I use mostly wood but will finish with charcoal if getting close and just need extra heat.
