I am on Cape Cod in a rural area. No great butcher shops here and when i have asked in the local super market about getting a whole pig, they look at me like I am crazy.

I live in New England and am trying to find a butcher that will ship a whole pig to me. Any ideas?

The Cambro is not heated but the brisket stays warm. The ribs are cooked the same day I serve them.
