Thermometer is probably off a little. When I looked at it just now it shows 140 as rare, 160 as med, and 170 as well done.

Nice looking spread Tom. I'm going to try and smoke some brats next time I fire up the smoker.

The smoker was 220 on the grill and I took the meat off at 155 internal. The wife and I both like med rare and it came out perfect.
