Cook it down at a simmer, or fairly low heat for several hours & then strain.....
Big plus is your house will smell like a nice homemade BBQ sauce... Very Happy

I woke up and it had a thin line of water on the top laywer of the sauce.

I mixed it and shut the lid on the pot and went to work... Still the texture of the sauce doesnt look creamy what can I do ...

It doesn't seem smooth unless it's still warm and needs to cool down.... I tossed the pot in the fridge will put the sauce in the containers tmrw

I think I messed the sauce up.... Seems to be really watery it hasn't thickened up yet I just took the pot off the burners and let it cool down and hope it thickens

AutoCountry, I'm guessing the skin was rubbery because it brined too long.
I also go with 6ish hours for chicken.
You should be checking the guage on the food grate at cooking level, you're not cook ...
