the country from as far away as Massachusetts, Florida, Tennessee and
Texas competed in the California State BBQ Championship on July 5. The
teams started cooking on July 4 and cooked through the night pausing only
to catch a glimpse of the fireworks over San Diego. In true San Diego
fashion, the weather was perfect for the event.
